THE GATEWAY HOTEL, JAISALMER 23RD JUNE 12 NOON

We were greeted at the gate of the hotel by Hukum Singh, hotel's security guard playing his flute so melodiously as if he is conveying a message of peace, harmony and tranquility. Amazing One India One Taj - A drive for peace conveys the same. Its amazing to hear words of support, love for their job from staff here . Truely The SPIRIT OF TAJ is in its PEOPLE.

We were greedy to see more of this beautiful land. The hotel was organizing an outdoor for Canadian group staying in the hotel in Sand dunes 50 kms away from here. Our car too followed them and there we were in midst of camels, sand dunes, desert. The drive too here was just amazing with clear view of the sky and the ground below. We were just 60 kms away from Pakistan border and I just felt like taking my car across the border probably they need a message of peace more than us. People of this remote village could identify the picture of Taj Mahal put on my car and started talking about it...Amazing....
tomorrow we drive to Udaipur..what a contrast from real desert to city of lakes...
again
Incredible India for you......

This is Incredible India for You at its best........

I will be back for sure.....
