Purpose of this journey is touching, joining and evoking the spirit of Taj across all Taj destinations in India and spreading the message of "We Stand Together”.
To achieve this purpose our Associate Mr. Dilpreet Singh Bindra from Taj Palace Hotel, Delhi plans to go on a car rally around India with the above message. We at Taj, support him in his initiative and his endeavor to spread the above message of Togetherness across all section of Taj employees in our 60 hotels in India . Below please find a brief synopsis of the proposed plan
The car will be decked up with messages of peace, Slogans remembering 26/11, Taj Logos, route map. Taj Mahal Palace and Tower Hotels’s photograph . The idea is to create an impact and send a message through the car journey around 12000 km stretch across the length and breadth of India.
Car reaching every destination and hotel shall be received by Fellow Associates engaging them with the purpose of this journey. A message book will be carried around where in Associates can put their thoughts. A poster will be put in each hotel with a message. A Taj Poster shall be completed with signatures of all General Managers at all Taj Hotels in India completing the circle of this journey across India. This symbol of Unity, Support and Gratitude will be handed over to the Associates of Taj Mumbai. Video filming of activities done at each Hotel may be captured and collated before presenting a final CD presentation to Taj Mumbai.
The proposed date of Flagging off from Taj Palace is 20th June 2009.
