sun rise from fisherman's cove
at Mahabalipuram 25 kms from Fisherman's Cove visiting one of the oldest temples.
welcome to Pondicherry, peaceful, calm, beautiful coast line
at the beach, it was clean and serene
On the streets of Pondy
old colonial houses,
The east Coast Road-ECR is a pleasure to drive..The road is next to the coast line and you don't know whether to look at road or the scenic views you get on left and right.
The names of cities are so big that by the time you will read it you will reach the place...!!
Colourful buses, you wonder do you overtake or stay behind and appreciate...
a sight on road..

we left at 8 from the hotel accompanied by Lakshmi who knew the local area very well. A stop over at mahabalipuram and Pondicherry since we didn't want to miss these 2 coastal cities. Great time as we stopped and interacted with people on the roads and lakshmi helped me with the local language. this side of India is a scenic beauty..really
